Through someone else’s eyes!

I love taking foreigners around Malta. Especially if they have never been here.

Kinnie and pastizzi to start with. Kinnie is a Maltese soft drink and pastizzi is a traditional pastry cake which is usually filled with ricotta or peas. It’s very crunchy and calorific. Delicious. We started off at a little cafeteria on a hill in Mellieha. The view was amazing.

Next we drove to the Red Tower to see the view of Gozo & Comino.

…… Followed by a delicious lunch at The Cliffs in Dingli.

Opera <3

So last night I went to watch Puccini’s Tosca on the neighboring island of Gozo. It was a lovely evening. Tosca is one of my favorite operas.

Notes of Inspiration

I purchased this gorgeous notebook from the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam. It has recycled paper inside. I have been using it to write my affirmations and any quotes that catch my eye. Seems fitting.
